The “Family Court Case Planning Workbook for Survivors” is designed to help survivors of domestic violence organize their thoughts and share their experiences. It includes sections for describing instances of abuse, financial control, substance use, isolation, and tracking by the abuser. The workbook prompts users to detail the beginning, middle, and end of their relationship, safety concerns, and how the abuser’s behavior has impacted their lives. It also covers post-separation abuse tactics and encourages survivors to document any additional concerns that may not be covered by the workbook
